I just completed my first feature-length film, ROUGHRIDER. The film is a tongue-in-cheek action/adventure following the story of Jack Urban. He is a teenage vigilante who journeys to avenge the death of his kid sister - killed by a rising drug cartel leader known only as The King. I was inspired to direct this story mostly because of the excitement I feel the film resonates. It's your classic swashbuckler, but in an urban setting. The movie itself reflects where we are in society today - increasingly cynical, dangerous, and absurd.
